Traditionally, tagines are slow simmered over a fire of natural wood charcoal briquettes. Use like a BBQ grill. Simply fill with natural wood charcoal and wait for the coals to burn down and turn red hot. Place your tagine on top and slow simmer to perfection. Using on a charcoal brazier extends the life of your tagine over using on a stove top or inside an oven. Our charcoal braziers fits tagines size medium and larger. SMALL TAGINES DO NOT FIT.
