Simply fill with natural wood charcoal and wait for the coals to burn down and turn red hot. Place your tagine on top and slow simmer to perfection. Using on a charcoal brazier extends the life of your tagine over using on a stove top or inside an oven. Our charcoal braziers fits tagines size medium and larger. SMALL TAGINES DO NOT FIT.
